About This Event
Introduction
The Manav Rachna Innovation and Incubation Foundation (MRIIF) hosted TECHNOVANZA 2024 on Sunday, 6th October 2024, at Manav Rachna International School, Sector-51, Gurugram. This dynamic and interactive event was designed to ignite curiosity, spark creativity, and nurture an innovation-driven mindset among students and the wider community.
The program brought together 200–250 participants, including students, educators, and families, who experienced firsthand the excitement of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education through hands-on learning, live demonstrations, and innovation showcases. TECHNOVANZA reflected MRIIF’s mission to provide early exposure to robotics, AI, programming, and entrepreneurship, empowering young learners to become future innovators.
Exhibition Highlights
Robotics Demonstrations
One of the most engaging aspects of TECHNOVANZA was the display of robotics projects such as the Walking Robot, Bluetooth Robot, and Line Following Robot. These models captured the imagination of children, giving them opportunities to experiment with automation, coding, and control mechanisms. The live interaction allowed participants to see how robotics is not only exciting but also a vital part of future industries.
Technology Showcases
Cutting-edge projects like 3D Printing Machines, Computer Vision Models, and Laser Maze Games demonstrated the fusion of creativity and engineering. Participants explored how 3D printing can revolutionize design and prototyping, while computer vision projects highlighted AI’s role in daily life. The Laser Maze Games added an element of fun while introducing concepts of sensors and precision technology.
Health & Innovation Projects
TECHNOVANZA went beyond core engineering with unique innovations such as the Spillmate AI-based Psychology Test and Green Tea Jelly. These projects showcased how technology and creativity can converge with wellness and lifestyle solutions, opening students’ minds to the broader applications of innovation beyond robotics and electronics.
STEAM Learning Experience
The event was designed to provide immersive, hands-on learning opportunities. Families, children, and educators actively engaged with the exhibits, asking questions, experimenting with models, and brainstorming possibilities. The setup emphasized that learning by doing is the most effective way to build problem-solving skills, creativity, and confidence in young minds.
Conclusion
TECHNOVANZA 2024 was a resounding success, with enthusiastic participation from over 200 attendees. The event served as a powerful platform for students to engage with emerging technologies, robotics, AI, and innovative thinking, while also encouraging families and educators to support STEAM-based exploration.
By offering live demonstrations, interactive experiences, and real-world applications, the event reinforced MRIIF’s commitment to creating a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking at an early stage of education.
TECHNOVANZA not only showcased innovative projects but also inspired students to dream bigger and push boundaries. By blending fun, learning, and creativity, the event has set a benchmark for similar initiatives, fostering the growth of a new generation of curious thinkers, innovators, and entrepreneurs.
