Full Report Introduction On 30th August 2024, Manav Rachna Innovation and Incubation Foundation (MRIIF) successfully conducted department-wise workshops focusing on design thinking, entrepreneurship, and innovation. The event aimed to empower students from diverse academic backgrounds with the tools and methodologies to think creatively and develop entrepreneurial skills. Workshop Highlights The workshops were tailored to the unique needs of each department, ensuring relevance and applicability. Key highlights included: Introduction to Design Thinking: Experts introduced the five stages of design thinking—empathize, define, ideate prototype, and test— with real-world examples. Entrepreneurship Basics: Sessions focused on idea generation, business model development, and pitching techniques. Innovation Case Studies: Faculty and industry experts presented successful case studies to inspire participants. Interactive Activities Each workshop incorporated hands-on activities and interactive discussions: Brainstorming sessions to identify and solve department-specific challenges. Group activities to encourage teamwork and innovation. The participants presented innovative ideas, followed by constructive feedback from mentors. Faculty and Expert Participation The workshops were conducted by a team of experienced faculty members and industry professionals.
